It is important for patients to keep the treatment area(s) free from sun exposure for the duration of your sessions, and use SPF. You should avoid hot baths, saunas, and exercise for 72 hours post-treatment.
How long until I will notice results from laser hair removal?
After your sessions, you may notice some of the hair in the treatment area thinning. Over the 3-10 days following your laser hair removal session, you will continue to shed and notice profound thinning. This is not hair growth. But rather the hair follicles surfacing before sloughing off. After each treatment, you will continue to notice more thinning until eventually the area is free of hair.
